    The Grill & Bar introduces new chef, menu

    WHO doesn’t love music and food? After a total makeover, The Grill & Bar in Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen has revamped its aesthetic, facilities, menus and prices and is now a relaxed and casual American-style bar and restaurant where guests can enjoy drinks, meals, and live music with business partners or family and friends.

    The new menu features popular western cuisine such as steak, French fries and salad made with the finest ingredients at an affordable price. Guest can also watch chefs making their meals in the glass-enclosed kitchen.

    Chef Wong Soon Yaw, the new executive chef from Malaysia, has more than 20 years of experience in Western cuisines. He specializes in multi-national cuisine such as Italian, French, and South American and has worked for world-famous hotel brands such as Westin, Sheraton, Shangri-La, and La Fountain Hotel & Resort in Kuala Lumpur, Yunnan, Hainan and other places.

    Years of travel experience have allowed Wong to gain an in-depth understanding of the diversity of the food cultures of different cities, and to use these cultural elements to enhance and improve his understanding of food. At the same time, he is constantly innovating and advancing with the times, hoping to bring guests a multi-level gourmet experience.
